The constant and careful control of production processes is the basis of the quality of LACTOFERM products.
Each production batch and the corresponding raw material are controlled with strict measures from A to Z; cultures and strains are tested in laboratories to ensure their acidifying power and their chemical, physical and microbiological characteristics.
All production lines have been automated to date in order to minimize variations in the parameters of the finished products and this thanks to continuous remote monitoring.
All production processes are carried out in accordance with the community regulations in force in the European Union, in addition the production facilities and LACTOFERM products are BRC, IFS, Kosher and Halal certified.
